I walked in the kitchen to wash my Moka after it had cooled down, and I noticed one banana become very ripe. Since I don’t like eating mushy bananas and I don’t want to throw food away, I decided to do something with it before it goes bad. I peeled the banana before mashing it into smooth consistency with a spoon. Then, I added one tablespoon of cocoa powder. After mixing well, and watching the creamy texture turn to a chocolaty brown color, I tasted my 5-minute vegan chocolate pudding. It tasted good, chocolaty, creamy, and sweet. And, there was no sugar added. These sweetener was 100% natural and very ripe banana. I enjoyed my nighttime dessert.
