My Picks For Cool Tweets About Lactose-Free Foods

Do you know what it means to be lactose-intolerant?  That’s a digestive disorder.  It’s where a person has difficulty digesting lactose which is usually in dairy products.  I never concerned myself with it until I met my husband.  He was the first person in my life I had ever met who had problems drinking milk and eating cheese.  Then when we started having children, I had to concern myself even more.  Some of our kids had problems digesting milk products too.  So over the years, I learned a lot about soy milk and other alternatives.  I learned that those “alternatives” taste pretty good!  LOL.  You can eat lactose-free foods even if you are not lactose-intolerant.
