This video explains the importance of getting collagen intake for one’s health.
2 cups of coconut water
¼ cup of diced and organic pineapple
¼ cup of blueberries
2 scoops of collagen peptides
Place ingredients inside a blender, and mix well into a smoothie consistency.
I want to try it out in the future, but I don’t have any of these right now. I might use the Keto protein powder instead of collagen peptides.
I would have to use different fruits that I really like.
I always change up recipes, depending on what i already have in my fridge
