Ingredients for Crust:
- 9 egg whites,
- 300 grams of sugar,
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Cream:
- 350 ml of milk
- 25 grams of starch
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar-
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 1.5 bags of gelatin powder
- 4 yolk.
Fruit as you like. Mix the eggs whites with mixer and add sugar and vinegar. Put baking paper on the oven tray, pour the egg and bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees. Cut the crust into three parts.
For the cream, take a small portion of the milk that is mixed with yolks and density, like pudding, wrap in the rest of milk and sugar. Mix whipped cream and make gelatin in accordance with the instructions on the bag. Add the cooked cream gradually to the whipped cream and add melted gelatin. Add the shredded fruit in the cream. Put the cream on the crusts.
Cool in the fridge.
It is great! I like this cake and make it very often.
