This afternoon, I decided to try out my own Butter Cocoa drink. I used the same ingredients of MCT and grass-fed cow’s raw butter, but I substitute hot coffee with 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 cup of water, and 3 teaspoons of raw Turbinado sugar cane. I placed ingredients in the Magic Bullet. And, it looked like a Butter Cocoa shake. It tasted buttery and oily with a bitter chocolate flavor. I am not sure why it tasted bitter since I added a little bit raw sugar. It kind of tasted like a bitter chocolate shake.

turtle family swimming at a manmade lake nearby where i go on walking meetups. i noticed many wildlife have babies now, which include turtles, rabbits, and geese. but i didnt see any ducklings.
