Bobanova’s Cake

This is a cake that I have been making for 2 months constantly because I am amazed by it’s taste. In Zagreb, Croatia there is a Cake Shop in which people wait in line to eat it.

You will need:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 4.2 ounces of suggar,
  • 4.2 ounces of chocolate,
  • 10.5 ounces of jellied cherries,
  • 10.5 ounces of cream.

Whisk egg yolks with in particular with baking powder, then add the melted chocolate. Whisk the egg white with sugar. Mix everything and bake the crust. Fill with cherries and put the cream on the top.

And that’s it. Beautiful and sweet. Enjoy!
