You can get this number by removing top and bottom match sticks of 0. Convert first digit to 8, then you get 8118. Log in to Reply I suppose you could cheat a bit by converting the 5 to a 9 with one match, then doubling up somewhere else with the second – you’d get 9118 that way! Log in to Reply Yup, This is a biggest score. You have talented son ? Log in to Reply My older son says you can make 51181 by removing top and bottom match sticks of 0 and making a 1 at the end. 🙂 I now think this the biggest possible number 51181…..Now I am waiting for my hubby to come home:-) 1 Log in to Reply Yup, 51181 is also biggest score ,.. keep trying Log in to Reply You mean there’s a bigger number than 51181???? 999 and they should all look the same. Take lower left matches from 0 and 8 and use them to make 999. Log in to Reply I got 989 too! Log in to Reply You can get 989. Take two matches off the 8 – bottom and bottom left. Use one to change 0 to 8 and the other to change 5 to 9. The two 9s will not be identical, but does that matter? Log in to Reply Yes Does it matter, keep trying you will find biggest score Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
