Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a 2017 spy comedy film with action and adventure that is an installment and sequel from the 2014 movie Kingsman: The Secret Service . This movie is co-produced and directed by Matthew Vaughn and written by him along with Jane Goldman. This movie as a sequel to the first film is based on the comic book series entitled “Kingsman”, which is created by Scottish comic book writer Mark Millar (also known for his works on Marvel Knights Spider-Man, Ultimate Fantastic Four, Civil War, Kingsman: The Secret Service, and even Kick-ass)  and British writer Dave Gibbons (famous for miniseries Watchmen and the Superman story “For the Man Who Has Everything”).

This movie was premiered in London on September 18, 2017, and was released on theaters on the 20th of the same month in 2D and 3D, and was released on IMAX on the 22nd of September for the United States. This movie only grossed worldwide for $395 million from a production budget of $104 million. This film has said to have received mixed reviews from critics with the over-stylized action being met a polarized reception and with the use of new characters, plus the 141-minute running time was also criticized.

Based on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, the film has an approval rating of only 51% based on 239 reviews, and an average rating of 5.3/10. The site’s critical consensus reads “Kingsman: The Golden Circle offers more of everything that made its predecessor so much fun but lacks the original’s wild creative spark”. On the other hand, the film has a weighted average score of 44 out of 100, based on 43 critics indicating “mixed or average reviews” based on Metacritic.

This movie had poor ratings compared to the first film obviously, but still I enjoyed the movie. Though they made the second movie a lot more funnier than the first, still the actions and stunts in this movie has still got the moves to be entertained. Though lots of Oscar Best Actors are being featured in this sequel, still this movie is a big surprise for anyone who is a big fan of Kingsman from the start. Lots of twist in this movie that will surely amaze you if you haven’t watched this movie yet. I can still give my support for this movie. Still 2 thumbs up and a 5-star rating. Not boring and it will really make you laugh and get astonished by story twistsand stunts shown in this promising movie.

In behalf of this, there’s a good news for all fans of Kingsmasn, since Vaughn, the writer of this film, has stated that he and Goldman have a third Kingsman film planned. Egerton revealed that his personal choice for the role of the villain of Kingsman 3 is Dwayne Johnson. As he envisions the Kingsman franchise to be a trilogy, Vaughn also went on to suggest that this sequel may be the last. He has also revealed that with the success of the Kingsman films, he is interested in making a Statesman spin-off.
