Creative Writing Webinar

At noon, I decided to check out a UCI Alumni webinar about creative writing. Journalist/Novelist Hectar Tobar describes his experience and journey in writing his novels and nonfiction work. It was interesting to learn about other people’s writing experiences. This webinar was one hour long, and he answered some questions at the end. I think it was mostly basic tips for people starting out with their writing journey, whether fiction or nonfiction. 

It gave me few ideas for my third novel. I will try them out this week to see how well it goes…

But it is important to write about something you know about or which is familiar to you so you can easily describe it in visual details to my the words come alive on a page.
