Such essential oils should be diluted with another oil, such as coconut oil or olive oil, before massaging on your skin.

Besides using essential oil with regular body massages, it is also important to do regular exercise. Consider using a foam roller, hydrotherapy, and/or infrared sauna treatment.

I haven’t used these essential oils, but it is interesting to learn about them for the future.

castor oil

cinnamon oil

peppermint oil

thyme oil
