Sighisoara (rum. Sighişoara; Ger. Schässburg; hung. Segesvár; lat. Castrum Sex)) is one of the seven known Saxon cities in Romania. It is located in the central part of the country, in the historical province of Transylvania, which is the most important center of Cluj.

Sighisoara is located in the county of Mures. Sighisoara is famous as the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler, known as Count Dracula.
