Whether it is a religious or sporting, professional or political, there is a kind of ‘protocol’ that organisations adopt.
This is secret.
It isn’t in the bye laws, it isn’t spoken.
Just as when a person is secretly appointed the ‘Scorn‘, so to when a person is desired to Scram.
As a Scorn, one’s appearance at meetings is desired. As a Scram everyone wishes s/he would go away and never come back.
The connection between the two is that the ‘position’ is never stated.
