This is probably a quote that you have heard before. It sends a big message with such a simple statement. You will never be able to do something unless you believe you can. That confidence, self esteem and great attitude does not just happen. It has to be nurtured, encouraged and allowed to grow. When we are interacting with each other are we helping them to believe in themselves? Are our comments encouraging. Do we praise in public? Are we helping?
