Agin associates and contemporaries described him as a man of incredible intellect, quick brain, enterprising and very charismatic. However, “Doctor Aga” was sometimes difficult to work with. As one of his colleagues said: “Agino knowledge is too great to allow him anything really liked.” Longing for perfection, thrown to the trash crumpled paper with conceptual solutions of their colleague, a photographer was brought to the brink of nerves until he could make exactly the way some photos he had already conceived in his mind. Famous photographers refused to work for him, because he interviewed for the job knowing that criticizing not only their work but also the equipment used

. On one occasion he so upset very influential photographer, George Hojningen-Hejna to this in a fit of rage over the table in a luxury Parisian restaurant. Aga did not blink. No wonder that in photographic circles known as the “Terrible Turk”. However, any criticism of his associates had intended to move them and make you zadru deeper into yourself and your imagination in order to find the best graphics solution. His closest associates and assistants praised him beyond measure, calling it a “great teacher.” Many of them are grateful to all of them what he learned, and he was always willing to share knowledge with those who wanted to improve. His most important lesson was: to surpass himself, and always go a step further. Aga has worked for Nesta to 1943. During 14 years of work has won many awards for its achievements, and in just six years in America, he was appointed President of the Club of art editors. After he left the magazine world, Doctor Aga actively engaged in consulting for various corporations and publishing companies, helping them with their enviable experience and incredible ideas. Despite all the achievements, Aga never let his work is exhibited in galleries, nor did he want to be a special tribute to the chamber. Transforming newspapers whose fate was in his hands, Doctor Aga raised his artistic work to a new level editor. He was a unique personality whose aesthetic acumen managed to break away from the magazine outdated ideas and create a new style of readability, a new logic and elegance of printed media.
