New Delhi:By canceling the re-petition of states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana etc., the Supreme Court has restrained the controversial Sanjay Leela Bhansali film ‘Padmavat’ on its release.
The film has been released on Jan 25 in all the states as per the strictures issued by the Supreme Justice System of our Nation.
BHANSHALI Production House after accepting 5 needed changes including the Name from PADMAVATI TO PADMAVAT the Concerned Agency ,CBFC has Certified the Film with it’s recognition of U/A.Even after that Leaving Delhi all most all the states across the country now day are experiencing Violence in the name of Religion which need to be stopped and the Supreme Court of India is exactly doing the same.
‘Four BJP ruled States in India had banned the Release of both ‘PADMAVATI and ‘PADMAVAT’ backing the demand of ‘Karni Sena’ and other Rajput Communities in the country. A special Bench refurbished which is comprising of Justice Deepak Mishra ,Justice A.M.Khanvilkar and Justice Dhananjay Y. Chandrachud to justify and judge considering the plea of Viacom 18 and other Counsels on the aggrieved issue of PADMAVAT alias PADMAVAT and therefore In such a situation, a quick hearing is required on this petition’,The Apex Bench had Urged in the recent past.
The Bench said that it is the responsibility of the States to maintain law and order.In its interim order, the Bench urged , “We direct that such notifications issued ordered to be stayed.In this case, we even are trying to stop other state governments who intend to issue any notices of Ban of Padmavat.During the hearing, the Chief Justice said, “When the film’s Screening on Silver Screens is stopped and banned in this way, my constitutional conscience urge me to stop or stay it.”

The Bench Urged,”Earlier, on two occasions, the Apex Justice System of our Nation had failed efforts of many to ban the film’s Screening across the Country”.
The court had said that no opinion about the film can be made before the decision of the censor board.Later, the censor board also passed the film. Even this Bhansali’s film is being opposed by Rajput organizations and Karani Sena.This Movie is in fact based on the Historical Battle between Raja Ratan Singh along with his Mighty Army with the dreaded Mughal king of Delhi Sultan Alauddin Khilji.
During the shooting of this Film not once but twice there were sabotage of violence had had occur in Jaipur and Kolhapur and even a scramble had also been reported with the director Vanshali himself.
