Recent digging has begun to build a well in Surigao City in the Philippines due to the lack of clean water within the town. They need to have the well built before school starts up again in August. They also need school supplies as well. I challenge you to help out the city by donating directly to them or to share the link with someone that will donate.
I would suggests you contact UNDP and Asian Development Bank directly since these are international doner partner of the Philipine local NGO which object is to serve community.
Not using the UN ensures that the people needing the money actually get the money. Getting the money directly to the people ensures that the UN doesn’t misuse the money and ensures that the money doesn’t go to Duterte.
