After a few years of marriage, Jack, one of Melly’s friends, told her husband, Benjy, the big problem his cousin had with their property. He went on and on, saying that to avoid problems, he put his wife’s name on the Title.

She let time pass, then on a boy’s night out, she had Jack tell Benjy about an Investment. Jack claimed he had already doubled his money, so he knew it was legitimate.
