The last moments of sunset. I’ve been there on many occasions coming back from kayaking, you get back to shore with barely enough light to put all the fishing equipment away.
An amazing silence overwhelms you as the mercury waves lap against the shore, becoming molten gold than quickly amber and finally a rich salmon. The last few gulls go to where gulls go at night, they become haunting black silhouettes against a stunning sky on fire.
I enjoy watching those final moments of light, you as can see the last disruptions of fish breaking the surface. Another fishing day finally ends with only memories of moments that will last long after the stars win and the darkness overwhelms the sky.
That skyline looks like it was painted
A very nice image of the sunset and a fisherman.
