I set up a still life for new subject matter and found the last remnants of a sunset. The silhouettes of the trees against the fading sky quickly became the evenings’ project.
I am beginning to find more abstract patterns in nature and seeing the images in a new way. I believe this new growth in seeing objects is because of the discipline in taking this challenge.
When you force yourself to continue to shoot every day and you see images that are not necessarily available at first glance it makes you see more and work harder to find the extraordinary from the ordinary.
Tomorrow I will be going to the Dallas Zoo and concentrating on close-up wildlife portraits so stay tuned. I will also be working on the still life images.
Thanks Kim, so glad you enjoyed them-working on still life now and a day at the zoo
Oh Nice, I love them all. Great shots and artwork!
