Magi wanted to celebrate their Christmas in a traditional way by offering gifts to each other. Magi were wise men who brought gifts for the new born Christ. They were the first to present the Christmas gifts. Della and Jim had wanted to buy a chain for his gold watch. Both of them knew each other’s desires but they had no money to buy these things. So, Jim sold his gold watch and Della Sold her beautiful hair to buy Christmas gifts for each other. They set an example of sacrifice prove themselves wise people. So they are called the Magi.
That’s great Story about the Secrifiy for each other. Because that is Human Rights and Well Wishes for everyone.
