Demotivation -2

Imagine being hired to manage a business,  but  given  no power.

Whatever decision had  to  be  made,  all  you could  do  was call the Owners..  Call them,  and wait. Maybe yourr call would  go  to voice mail   Maybe you would not  hear  back  for  days.  

So,  you were hired to manage.   The staff looked up to you.  Now,  everyone sees that  you are a big disappointment.   You  have  not power.   You have no authority.

So  why do you care  about  the   business?
