- 50 Jumping jacks
- 40 Sit ups
Any workout is better than no workout at all, so even if i’m only limited to 30 minutes I will take it! As for this workout, I ended up being satisfied with it in the end because I did not let any distractions get in the way while transitioning in-between, plus my heart rate peaked at 148 during the run meaning I put forth a 70-80% effort. I can honestly say that with everything I did in this workout, I worked every muscle group from my neck and down which is all I could ask for. Seemingly with this being only a few weeks into the new year, I keep running into situations where I’m limited with only 30 minutes. With that, I will be expecting most of my year to consist of being limited on time. For my readers, how is your year going?
