I was proud that my weight has stayed the same in spite of my lack of working out during the holidays. Phew!
Put in some punching bag intervals during today’s workout at the fitness center which was also my very first workout of the year as well. Prior to making my way to the gym, I had some blood drawn, so I did not want to make this a strenuous workout which may have caused me to feel lightheaded.
