Due to work commitments I have only been able to go to the gym 4 times a week… 5 if I’m lucky!!! Mentally this makes me feel down because its what keeps me on a high & feeling happy with in myself but where there maybe a negative there is always a positive.. my body is getting that well deserved rest & I am gaining muscle mass from not over training. Sometimes you have to prioritise, keep your head high & know when you get back in there you smash every single minute your in that gym ???????? ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ On another positive… Tomorrow is LEG DAY !!!! ?
