She ran fast
yet came last
she went in a blast
and laughed
they also ran
came first
all of them
cried
all men and women
she stared
she was still on the line
and did not budge
but they all did
behind the line
and ran as fast as they could
you see she knows
the direction in which
the wind blows
let the tears flow!
