Neon Sign at the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in Rockford, Illinois (2018-06-18 16-36-31a)
It’s pretty obvious that this is a reference to Willie Nelson but the fact that his last name is not used and there is no indication that he actually sat at this particular table, indicates that this is an attempt to capitalize on his name. I’ve never been to any other Texas Roadhouse so I don’t know if others have this, or a similar, sign.
The Texas Roadhouse Restaurant is located at 7240 Walton Street, just off State Street, in Rockford, Illinois (Winnebago County).
The photo was taken with a Nikon Coolpis P7700 camera and edited using Luminar 2018. I removed a distracting light pole and increased the vibrance. I used the Structure filter to sharpen the image and the HSL filter to increase the saturation in the reds and greens. Then I decreased the shadows setting to make them a bit darker and make the neon stand out a bit better.
