This is located on the property of Columbia Community College in Sonora California after a difficult few weeks in January loosing a friend’s son and our beloved Abby (a toy poodle) we decided to come here and watch the ducks of course I could not do so without taking the time for a Little Miss Photoshoot. I used a Monochrome style filter and these were actually taken on a second generation iPad mini.
The distraction and time in this beautiful place seemed to be exactly what we needed. It of course did not mean we stopped grieving just that we allowed ourselves time to see the beauty that surrounded us and it truly did help.
