I do art work when I can. The essence of speed is essential to good drawing, and in that a decisive movement. If you hesitate you are lost.
Yes, I go to life class and we draw people as we are all born. it is natural and it’s easier to learn to draw people that way.. In the class you are so busy trying to get the drawing right you have no time to think of anything else.
It’s really refreshing to walk around the room afterwards and find that everyone has seen the same model in a different way and expressed it differently.
We all get on just fine and chat over a cup of coffee. It’s a discipline and to me an expression of beauty in different ways or else strength.
