Just found a scene some where.
A drain stopped somewhere with some soils at the end, and created some sort like a piece of land.
Just wondered why don’t the resident lodged an complain to the local authorities for clearing the drain as soon as possible but allowed it stuck in such way.
A big ? asked by my kids.
