Meatloaf Breakfast

If you enjoy meatloaf this makes a nice breakfast. We put it together the night before and then one person is assigned to get up a little early and put it in the oven so it is done at just the right time. 

Now the taste is a little bit different every time.  The person who puts the meatloaf together the evening before gets to choose the vegetables that are added. They can also choose if they are chunked, chopped, riced, shredded or a combination. Just seeing what it looks like is a part of the adventure.

Four cups of vegetables, ½ pound of turkey breakfast sausage. 1 pound of ground turkey, 3 eggs, 1 tsp seasoning salt of your choice. Put it on a loaf pan and cover it with foil. Drop it in the oven in the morning. 

Simple and great flavor are key. I would love to know if you try it.
