Do you see anything out of the ordinary in this image? The fence line is the boundary of the National Bison Range and if it helps, there are no bison in the picture, even in the distance.

LOL Actually, this area is more exposed. Elk don”t mind. Bisons do.
Aha, now we get to the bottom of things. The bison on this side have no cover. Poor critters. There was a place I used to take the dogs in Tennessee that had a bison range, they were more tame and used to people. They cows would come right up to the fence.
They are used to people here, too, but are still wild and dangerous
True, could you imagine something that size coming after you? Id die of heart attack before it got close.
So… where are the bison????
