It’s amazing how fast the time flies! The first month of this year has passed. I always ask myself if time is compressing, or perception of time changes with age. When I was a child, January took longer. The day took longer. Everythink took longer…Now time flies too fast!
“Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.” Earl Nightingale

Very nice photo. I love the clock. We have an old clock similar to that one which I’ve been thinking about using as a subject. I just have to get my desk cleared off.
Thank you, Gary! This is also an old clock. His alarm woke me up for many years.?
The one we have came from my wife’s grandparents. I think it was broken when we got it. We could probably get it fixed but it’s fine as a decoration.
You and Carol talk about the same thing, and I agree with both of you that somehow, it seems like time is passing faster. It seems that age, activity, and various desires influence that relativity.
Maybe age is to blame! Perhaps the thought that more than half of the life has passed makes me feel that time passes faster.
Understandable, and I think we have a similar tone about that.?
I agree, it sure seems that time is compressing.
I feel like I have no time at all.
