Peace

This is one of my pastels to represent the Spirit of Peace.

“Peace be with you”  It’s abstract and represents the dove bringing the olive branch.

Love, Peace and hope are all good things to bring into this world at any time of the day or year.

It reminds me there are some things that are much more important than the length of a skirt

or whether you cross your “t’s” or dot your “i’s”.

It’s way above politics, gossip, or fashion.

It’s a great asset for any place be it in a rich place or poor and we are poor without

Love, faith, hope, joy, peace and all the wonderful things that brings.

When we care for each other and hope for goodness and wish everyone well.

It’s better to live in a poor place with vegetables as friends with lots of love, than to have quarrels in a palace with much strife and anger.

That King Solomon said in Proverbs a long time ago. I think I know what he means.
