Since actor Hugh Jackman will not return to play the role of Wolverine of the X Men fame after the end of the movie “Logan”, there is one actor who has the dream to take the torch from Jackman to play the role of Wolverine in a rebooted series of movies.
His name is Scott Eastwood who is the son of actor Clint Eastwood who has made some great comic and action adventure roles throughout his career as an actor on television and in the movies.
Eastwood is a part in the science fiction movie “Pacific Rim: Uprising” when it is released in theaters on March 23, 2018.
In a perfect world, any studio who wants to make a Wolverine reboot would hire Scott Eastwood to take over the role from Hugh Jackman as Wolverine but the studios will have to decide if they want to make a new series of Wolverine movies, or have a female Wolverine character series of movies since there have been complaints from the movie fans of too many reboots of super heroes of the past being made.
As of now the studios in Hollywood want to feature other characters from the X Men in solo movie roles and wait for the signal from the movie audience to see Wolverine on the silver screen once again in a rebooted series.

Me too since Scott has the genes of his dad Clint to take on the Wolverine character.

It would be wise for any studio to hire Scott Eastwood to play Wolverine due to his star power and his desire to take the Wolverine character to the next level in the movies.

It would be great for Scott to carry on the legacy of his father Clint playing a super hero role such as Wolverine in a reboot version in the future.
Well, I don’t mind if they reboot Wolverine. But Hugh Jackman has set a high standard in playing the role, as if he was born for it.
It would be very interesting to see though if they make a solo movie of Daikin or X23.
On the side, I’ve read that Hugh Jackman would love to make another Wolverine movie if Deadpool is in it.
I just wish Fox would at least lend the rights for the mutants back to MCU for a much bigger Infinity Wars project.
It could happen that Fox will give the rights of their characters to Marvel so they can create new characters like Venom and Silver Sable to have their own movie roles.
