Minors are not allowed to go out

We are not under lockdown anymore but the rule that minors are still prohibited from going out is still enforced. That means children should just be staying at home and that includes teenagers as well. Isn’t it onerous already? But that is for the safety of the minors according to the authorities.

I wonder who drafted that rule to restrict minors from going out. Take note that the cops can arrest them if seen in public places. It is now scary for the children to go out.
