The coming school year is supposed to start on August 24 as per the declaration of the president in consonance with the education department ruling. However, there seems to be a problem in what type of instructional method to use. The first impulse is the online classroom which makes it safe for students against the covid contamination. But it is easier said than done.
There is the so called blended education that is a mix of online classroom and physical classroom. That is interesting to see because usually the physical classroom cannot afford the required distancing due to the big number of students. Let us wait and see.

Under the right conditions, I would send my grandchildren. They are so very far behind because of all of this.
Here I guess like so many things are debating on how to handle the school year and if it will start on Sept 1st or wait till after the Jewish holidays are over in October and start then. Things can always change.
