We love corn especially when it is freshly harvest because that is the best to eat. Usually the corn in the market is one day old since it has to be delivered from the farm. We are lucky to have a nearby farm in our home that we can harvest fresh corn.
We usually boil the corn for eating with butter. But sometimes we also broil it especially when the corn is matured that it would be like eating popcorn on the cob when it is broiled. But whatever way it is cooked, fresh corn is the best.
