This is my home office that I just finished building. I have everything within arm’s reach, all the books that I teach, pens ,paper, computer chalk board is just behind me. Now I might have to put air conditioning because I am just below the roof. When the outside temperature is 30, Celcius, inside it is 5 degress hotter!

I am still working in my home office, although it is getting a bit cold in the early morning and evenings.
As long as it works for you and is functional, that is all that matters!
This is a microphone outfit that I bought from Vova.com Unidirectional. It attaches to the table. It does have a pop screen but that always falls down!
Looks like you are getting ready for your new normal.
Actually I have been teaching online since 2009, but I was just in the livingroom and I had to tell everyone to be quiet all the time. So finally I had the money to sound proof a small area under the roof.
that is a nice setup – good job! having things in arms reach is always good. I end up having video calls with people and I can grab things to show them easily!
