With my fitness center being closed due to the impact of the coronavirus outbreak, I had to get in a workout in my home. One of the best things about doing a workout in your own home is that you get the chance to focus on workouts that you neglect in a traditional gym, such as jumping jacks, push-ups, burpees and many other types of workouts that you cannot do on a regular workout machine.
I am fortunate enough to live in a building that has a good set of stairs which stairs are a very great cardio workout when you cannot get out doors due to weather, or say restrictions due to a coronavirus outbreak. With a no clue on how long these restrictions will go on in our city, a reasonable goal would be at least three workouts per week which is very doable. Mentally, as someone that loves to be outdoors, I would be bored being cooped up in doors doing this work out in particularly every day.
Workouts:
- 100 jumping jacks
 - 30 bicycle crunches
 - 30 push ups
 - 5 minute stair climb & run
 - 20 leg lifts
 - 20 crunches
 - 50 jumping jacks
 - 30 push ups
 - 25 jumping jacks
 - 30 reversible crunches

I enjoyed the stair portion of this work out because that was were I started to break a well needed sweat.
