The joy of each gardener is to see his or her plants grow and bloom. We keenly watch each new growth , to know what is happening. New growth means new blooms and new blooms means more happiness.
This is some new growth on my Euphorbia lactea variegated or dragon bones. The beautiful pink tips may not just be new branches, these could be blooms. Euphorbia lactea blooms very rarely but it does.
The next plant is my caralluma umbellata. I was happy to see the tiny bunches of buds on the otherwise dull looking stems. When these bunches of hexagonal blooms appear they make you sit up and take notice of their spectacular blooms. Come summer and these blooms show up without fail. Well these are still too tiny, it is going to take at least a month for these beauties to bloom. Until then I wait in great anticipation and excitement.
The life of a gardener is filled with hope , excitement, happiness and sometimes disappointments. This is life!

These are all so beautiful! Nature always excites me and inspires me.
