Combination desserts need some attention. A friend of mine and that too from the UK ordered for this Gulab Jamun and Ice Cream combination when she was visiting with us a few years ago This is an Indian dish but she said it was her favourite
I ordered it too and now I have this combination each time I get an opportunity. There could be many such combinations that would give those desserts a different and welcome taste.
We do have a dessert known as Gadbad which is a mixture of dried fruits, jelly, ice cream and milk – a refreshing dessert specially in summer.
