The UEFA Champions League is back with the first leg of the Round of 16 beginning on Tuesday. Both matches are clashes between major clubs. Both matches will begin at 3 PM EST.
For the first match, Ligue 1 defending champions Paris-St. Germain (PSG) will be travelling from France to Germany to go up against Borussia Dortmund. All of the pressure will be on PSG to win the Champions League this season because this appears to be the last season for dynamic forwards Kylian Mbappe and Neymar at the club. Plus, PSG also has to deal with the young Dortmund duo of 19 year-old players Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland.
In the other match, defending Champions League trophy holder Liverpool will be playing at Atletico Madrid in Spain. Liverpool has only lost one match for the entire season, while Atletico Madrid plays some of the best team defense seen in soccer today.

PSG has more money than many teams combined but they always lose in this round. They should advance, the owner is very rich but he deserves to be happier. Liverpool is leading an incredible season but sometimes Simeone makes his team to shine. I would love to see a team from Eastern Europe winning the Champions League. But this is no longer possible because of the money some European teams have
Shakhtar Donetsk would have been that team from Eastern Europe, but the Ukraine war messed that up. For PSG, Neymar will be playing hurt so I am ready to watch him flop around. Right now, I am watching the start of Atletico Madrid and Liverpool. It’s on TV in the USA

I could see a draw with Liverpool against Atletico Madrid because both teams play great defense. The PSG versus Dortmund game is going to be so many goals. Both teams go forward so there will be so many chances to score
