Grey geese in front of the water. Domestic geese.
You may have heard the legend of the geese who saved Rome from the Gallic invasion?
Well, these geese are not in Rome but in a town in Macedonia, in northwestern Greece – Kastoria 🙂
They walk freely in the streets near Lake Orestiada.
Mostly white geese are found, while those are smaller in number.
And since I have experience as a child with geese, I preferred not to annoy them, but to shoot them from a distance…
