That is our beloved Preiti who perhaps heard the gate bell and is waiting for visitors to enter. She went to the gate only when she saw visitors that were new to her.
In this instance perhaps she knew who it was that was approaching and so waited at the entrance door to greet them.
Preiti was a well behaved dog. She did her duties sincerely and was a perfect watchdog. She had different barks for different occasions.
I miss her so.

She was the most loving and well behaved pet that we have had and yes all pets were truly loved.
