Who can resist onion pakoras?

Pakoras are made from a variety of vegetables.  While potato and sweet potato pakoras do stand out nothing like onion pakoras

Onions are sliced thinly and dipped in gram flour batter to which ajwan, chili powder and salt is added. They are deep fried taking care the flame is not too high and the stuff is properly fried.

Onion pakoras are best eaten with tomato ketch up with  a hot cup of tea that cannot be ignored.
