When the weather is too hot

I have noticed in our neighborhood that men would go bare in the top when it is too hot. My wife said that it may be in our culture to remove the shirt when the weather is hot because she also had noticed that when she was young. Her 9 brothers would have no shirt during summer.

Fortunately now that it is the rainy season so the weather cannot be said to be hot anymore. But sometimes when it doesn’t rain for 2 days I could feel the searing atmosphere from the ground. But I do not remove my shirt.
