The optometrist said that eyeglasses usually last for 2 or 3 years only that it would need to replace at least the lenses for the correct grade. With that advice, it is best to have an eye check every year. The eye check in the optometrist clinic is free anyway.
When my eyeglasses looked out of focus, I didn’t know that it was just because of the broken nose pad. The optometrist checked my eyes and said the grade seemed to have not changed. When I mentioned the broken nose pad then that is clearly the problem.
