When someone in the family is sick

This is a sad post about being sick. No, it is not the corona virus that we call as covid-19. It is about a stroke. My mother-in-law was hit by a stroke 9 years ago. She had lost her power of speech after a month aside from the half-body that is paralyzed. But she could communicate well with us. Unfortunately as years go by her condition deteriorated.

Now she is bed-bound and couldn’t move very well like before. In other words, she is now in a vegetable state. Doctors say there is no cure so we just have to persevere with her condition. It is expensive with the medicine and doctor but we have to bear with that.
