What Is Genuine FUPA?

What is a genuine FUPA? It’s not a quote from Rambo action movies, i.e. FUBAR. It is a condition (the medical community calls, panniculus),  and is the layer of loose fat tissue, which is leftover from pregnancy , i.e. a woman, or rapid weight loss hanging over the lower abdominal-pubic area. Obesity can also cause it, and can in rare cases hang over the abdomen down to the knees.
