Wall climbing exercise

My nephew said that wall climbing is a good exercise because it invigorates the muscle and at the same time it also peps up the brain. I can believe him because when you climb you need to use your brain otherwise you would fall.

The climbing wall is actually a tool for training a climber who intends to do the real mountain climbing that uses the rope and piton. It is not easy to climb a rocky mountain because it needs not only skill but also the strength. But if you don’t have the confidence to climb then I don’t think the sport of climbing is for you.
